StyleNook is a styling service focused on curating clothes and accessories for the working woman in India. Based on your budget, work culture, preferences, body measurements and needs, our in-house stylists pick products exclusively for you. Think of it as you directing what you'd like and a personal stylist sending you a set of clothes and accessories to choose from.
How does this work ?
It’s a whole new way of shopping!
1. Fill out your profile: With your profile, we will precisely know your size, style, budget, work culture and preferences. It will take just 10 minutes. You only do it once and we are fashion allies forever!
2. We will send you a box of 5 clothes/accessories handpicked by a stylist within 2 weeks of you placing an order. The stylist will keep your profile details in mind while choosing products. You have the option to try before you buy. You only pay for what you decide to keep.
3. After you get the box, try everything from the comfort of your home. Keep what you love and return the rest. We do insist you to try everything on. We will pick up the products that you return.
4. We love feedback! The ‘Returns form’ will contain a section which will allow you to tell us what worked wonders and what didn’t. Your feedback allows us to pull our socks up and deliver work looks that are more... You!
What can I expect in the box? Can I see the products before you send them to me ?
Unbox to find a range of handpicked items chosen especially for your taste, coupled with style cards which let you mix and match. You can find items ranging from pants/trousers, shirts, tops/blouses, skirts, dresses, kurtas/kurtis, jackets, cardigans, dupattas, scarves to eclectic fashion jewellery.All of these will be picked specific to your stated budget for each item.
We understand that you would like to see your products before we send them, however there is a reason we do not do this. Your stylist chooses your products keeping you in mind and simply seeing a picture online doesn't help in deciding. If you don't like some thing, you can always send it back.

Returns are effortless at StyleNook. You can fill up the ‘Returns Form’ and we will schedule a pickup, no questions asked.

We completely customize every shipment to suit your individual budget, style needs and preferences. Our wide range of inventory enables us to choose pieces meant for everyone’s style genre, regardless of your age.
Do you style for men?
No. Women get all our attention for now!
Do you style non-working women or style for non work-related occasions such as weddings?
No. ‘Working women’ is our mission for now!
How can I gift a StyleNook box as a surprise to someone?

Are all the items in box pret or do you have any tailored?
We don’t tailor our pieces yet. But, the picks from our stylists are precisely chosen to fit you well and flatter your style.
Can I request for my items to be tailored?

Is it possible to curate my own box?
In effect, you are doing that by trusting your personal stylist to pick products that suit your work-wear personality, based only on your profile.
How do I know what can be combined?
The Style cards! Your box will contain our expert Style cards which will help you reuse a particular product in various ways, creating comfortable yet exciting looks to suit your style.
How will you know my size?
You will simply provide us with accurate measurement in inches for only 4 dimensions. These will be recorded with your Style profile, which enables the stylists to determine just the right size and fit for you.
Can an item be altered?
We do not alter items. Once you have decided to keep an item from us, you are free to alter it from your own personal tailor. However, altered items will not be eligible for returns.
Can I expect any designer wear in my box?
It’s all in the budget. Depending on your budget, we can introduce you to varied new and upcoming designer collections
I wear only sarees to work, can you style me a box?
We love you for your love for sarees! No, we are not doing sarees yet but yes, we could help you pick accessories from us.
Why should I opt for StyleNook instead of hiring a personal stylist?
A personal stylist in the traditional sense would offer you their services at a significant fee over several time consuming consultations. At StyleNook, you can have access to the same level of personal attention and shopping services in a very low-risk, affordable way. All of this can be done from the convenience of your home and in a fun, interesting way!

At the moment, we cover only work related looks, which include work events like office parties, launches, conferences etc.
Will I get to see the products before I receive the box?
No, we want this to be a surprise for you. If you don’t like some thing, don’t worry - you can return it through our easy returns process.
Can I browse your catalog before I sign up ?
We don’t have a catalog to browse, but we would certainly keep you updated with photos from our clients, giving you a sense of what we can do to uplift your wardrobe.
PRICING AND BILLING
How much does this cost?
We have a variety of products in our inventory, priced differently from each other. When you fill out the profile, we will know your budget and shall stick to it while curating your box.
Is there a styling fee?
For our early adopters we have waived off the free. So this is a great time to avail of our styling services.
Am I signing up for a monthly subscription or regular box by filling out this profile?
Once you sign up, your profile is entered into our database and you don’t have to fill it again. You could choose to order ad hoc, or enter into a recurring monthly or quarterly subscription with us.
Do I have to pay for the full box before I receive the box?
No, you have the option to ‘try before you buy.’ Once you receive your box, you have 3 days to decide what you want to keep and what you want to return. Once you’ve tried everything, schedule a pickup with us. After we receive the products from you, we will send you an invoice for only the items you keep. So you only pay for what you keep. In some cases, we may request a partial deposit before shipping out the box.
What mode of payment do you accept?
Your payments can be online.
How does the subscription work?
You can chose to receive shipments at a frequency that suits you. Subscriptions can be every 2-3 weeks, every month, or every 3 months / quarter.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes you can. You can log into your profile to change or cancel your box subscription. Post changes, you profile will be still active, giving you the liberty to restart it whenever needed.
Do you have a referral program? Do I get a discount on my next box, if I refer a friend?
At the moment, we don’t have a structured on-going referral program. However we love it when customers refer us to their friends. Do let us know and we'll have some thing special for you in your next box.
Can't I get a preview and just pay for the items that I like? I don’t want to get into the hassle of returns.
The box is designed such that the items in it complement each other. Style Nook is all about the box experience and we’d love you to try everything our stylists have painstakingly curated for you. And we promise, returns won’t be a hassle!
How will I know the cost of each item in my box ?
Before you get your box delivered, you shall receive a detailed summary of the products and the total amount. Once the box is delivered, it will contain an itemized invoice for each item sent.
Do you offer sales or discounts ?
Wait, why do I have to complete a survey before I can place an order?
The survey is our way of knowing your tastes better, which will help us curate the right kind of styling options once you place an order.
Do you offer plus sizing?
Yes, we do plus sizes up to 2XL.
Do you offer maternity items?
Currently we are not maternity friendly, but will announce once we plan a launch.
Can I request a specific item?
You can request for a specific item while placing an order for a box. We recommend that you give us a brief idea of what you are looking for and we can come up with wonderful set of pieces along with the one you requested. For example, if you are looking for a certain type of blouse, give us the specifications that you need a colourful/ floral yet understated blouse. This enables us to give you more options for what you requested. Also, the availability of stock will determine the fulfillment of your request.
How will I know when my box is ready ?
We shall notify you with a call/email to let you know details about your box arrival and its price
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When will I receive the BOX?
We aim at delivering your BOX within 10-15 days from the date of your order. Our team is on its toes to expand our work strength and get your box delivered in a shorter span soon!
Can I exchange for another size in the same product?
We do not offer exchange in our services
What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition ?
We perform a thorough quality check before dispatching the box. However, if you land up with a damaged or tampered parcel due to transit woes, kindly notify by sending a photograph and we will process the refunds.
Can I change my delivery address ?
You cannot change the delivery address once an order has been placed. For your subsequent orders, you can update your profile if you wish to change delivery address.

RETURNS AND PICKUPS
How do returns work?
You will have 3 days to notify us regarding product returns and we shall revert within 3 days with a ‘Return Form.’ We expect you to keep all the tags intact and repack in its original box. Our shipping executive will pick it up from your home. You will then be sent an invoice and payment link for only the products you keep.
What if I want to keep everything in my box?
We’d love for you to do that! The box will be automatically processed for payment, while feedback can be shared via emails.
What if I’m not able to send back my items within the three day trial period?
A reminder shall be sent post the 3 day trial period, if there are no return requests post a reminder, we shall process it as a box you’d like to keep and you will be liable to pay the full amount.
When will a return not be processed ?

In case you have collected a partial payment and if you decide not to refund the product I returned, can I ask you to send the product back to me?
No, the product shall not be sent back once we have received it back in our warehouse.
How long do I have to send back the items that I don't want to keep ?
Once you request a return, we will get in touch within three days and schedule a pickup according to your convenience. You can utilize this 3 day window to decide whether you want to keep the items or return them.
In case you've collected a partial deposit, how do I get refunds?
Refunds will be available by a cheque or a bank transfer upon your wish.
You can either choose to receive a cheque or we will arrange a refund via bank transfer within 5-7 days. Refunds are initiated within 2 days of product inspection.
What if I don’t like any of the items in my box? Can I return them all?
Oh, that’s disheartening. Our stylists invest a lot of time in curating your box, but if still you are unhappy with the contents and think of a return, notify within the 3 day trial period and we will take everything back.
With your return, we’d love to get feedback on what went wrong so that we can be better next time!
What if I like a product , but it does not fit me , or I want it in a different color?
Since, we do not replace an item, we can't do anything at that moment. But, our stylists will make a note of it to deliver your choice in the next box.
Who are the StyleNook stylists?
Our stylists are trained professionals who have styled the corporate space with their unique sense of style, with a realistic sense to suit the Indian working environs. But apart from that, they are passionate about joining hands with a woman who knows her fashion and is confident enough to broaden her horizons. They will play a significant role in your professional journey.
What is a look ?
A look is a collective combination of different items put together to create a defined appearance.
I am not working, but I like the clothes featured on your website and social media. Can I buy a box anyway?
We love that you are interested in our collection! But, our merchandise is aimed at work wear for women. The whole idea is to create looks based on the kind of job you are doing and the company environment.
Do your stylists also advise on makeup?
Makeup advice is out of the box! Literally.We do share latest makeup, hairstyle and accessorising tips through our Facebook page, Instagram page and emails, but not with the Box.
Can I choose or select specific stylists ?
We do that for you! We map your profile with the stylists’ profile to create the perfect combination to cater to your needs.
Can I talk to my stylists directly before or after receiving the box?
No. You can send in your comments and feedback to help us communicate your opinions to our stylists.
